A week of wellness challenges!


The end of the semester is fast approaching- it’s the final countdown! I am sure many of you have had a full plate this semester. I know I have too! Finding small ways to take care of yourself each day will help you to perform better in all areas of your life. That being said, I created a Challenge Calendar for the first week of April to help us be our best!

April Challenges

These things range from looking up from your phone on the way to class to cooking a new recipe with friends! Eating out on the weekends is fast and easy, but I am realizing that you can have a lot of fun and save a ton of money by getting creative at home instead! Here is a recipe that I made recently- healthy, delicious, and CHEAP!
